Bedford office

The Bedford office was the founding location for Croucher Needham . Previously called Croucher Needham Hope Agar in Bedford, the Bedford office was set up by Chris Ward in 1975 then known as Smallfield Fitz Hugh and Tillett until it was merged with Hope Agar in 1983. Hope Agar was merged with Croucher Needham in 2007.

London office

Malcolm & Paolo jointly head up or Central London Office, taking forward Croucher Needham’s ambitious growth plans.

Saffron Walden office

Our Saffron Walden office is conveniently located in the Town Centre High Street. It has great transport links, being close to the M11 for both easy access to both London and Cambridge, 5 minutes from the main railway line into Liverpool Street and 30 minutes from Stansted Airport.
