Jon Lopes Tax Manager
Jon joined Hope Agar from the Inland Revenue in 1988. He is head of the Tax department and oversees all Corporate and Personal Tax compliance services. In his spare time Jon can be seen down at Bedfords TA Centre as he is an officer in the Territorial Army.
Stuart Bryans Accounts Manager
Stuart joined Hope Agar in 2001. He is head of the accounts team at the Bedford Office and has a wealth of experience in dealing with clients ranging from sole traders through to owner managed busnisses with turnover in excess of £1million.
Paul Tucker Audit Manager
Paul Tucker joined Croucher Needham in December 2006. A talented Chartered Accountant and ICAEW Prize Winner, Paul has immense enthusiasm and drive. In his spare time Paul plays football for his local team and is a Spurs fan.
Vincent Hughes Management Accounts Manager
Vinny joined Croucher Needham in November 2006. Having trained with a local firm of Chartered Accountants, Vinny moved into industry as a Financial Controller before returning to Practice with us. He is responsible for the Outsourcing Division undertaking, Management Accounts, Book-keeping, Vat and Payroll. In his spare time he likes spending time with his two young sons Liam and Aidan and Wife Lorraine.
Dawn Orbell Payroll Manager
Dawn is responsible for all Payroll Bureau Services. Ex- Army girl Dawn loves to keep fit and attends the gym regularly.
Zoe Cave Statutory/Accounts
Zoe is responsible for Statutory Services. In an ever changing Statutory environment Zoe is here to help and assist you. A working mum her spare time is devoted to her family and pet dog.
Melvin Croucher Trainee Accountant
Melvin is the newest addition to the team joining in January 2008. A mature trainee accountant he has spent 15 years in retail management before embarking on his career change. In his spare time Melvin enjoys playing Cricket and supporting Burnley FC. He also has a passion for 50s music.
Elizabeth Moore Trainee Accountant
Elizabeth is a second year AAT student. Elizabeth is a keen horse rider and competes in Show Jumping and Cross Country events and has achieved great success this year.
Scott Wilshire Trainee Accountant
Scott is studying for the AAT exams. In his spare time, Scott is an active Hockey player for his local club. He is also a supporter of Luton Town FC. With his new found accountancy knowledge he has offered to help Luton Town out of their financial crisis but he is still waiting a call.
Tracy Dashwood Administrative Assistant / Receptionist
Tracy joined Hope Agar in 1990. She takes her role of being the first impression of the firm very seriously. Always cheerful she is here to welcome you to our office. In her spare time she loves attending the gym and socialising with friends in the pubs and clubs in Bedford.
