Paolo Maranzana - Director
Paolo joined Croucher Needham in October 2009. As a former partner in a medium sized practice in the West End of London, Paolo has managed to accumulate a great deal of experience in a variety of sectors since he qualified as a chartered accountant in 1996.
Based in our London office, Paolo advises on general business and commercial matters, with an emphasis on audit, corporate finance and international structures. He typically provides clients with strategic tax advice, raising finance, corporate structuring and general commercial advice as well as accounting and audits of small and larger private companies and groups. He has assisted in the acquisition and sale of businesses, performed due diligence, tax structuring of transactions and MBO’s.
Although Paolo has a broad range of skills, he has developed particular specialisms in the fields of entertainment, media, sports, restaurants and international groups. As well as advising clients on UK inward investment and overseas expansion, he heads up Croucher Needham’s international department.
His client-focused approach ensures that Paolo is able to perpetuate Croucher Needham’s quality driven ethos to all his clients by building close working relationships with clients based on trust and mutual respect.
Outside the office, Paolo has a passion for rugby, motor racing and football, but these often take a back seat to his young family. Although Paolo’s cooking can sometimes leave a lot to be desired, he does like to claim his ragu sauce is "the best pasta sauce this side of Turin!"
