Malcolm Kauder - Director
Malcolm joined Croucher Needham in June 2009, bringing with him a wealth of experience and valuable pool of new business contacts. Previously a partner in a top 60 practice in London, he has acted for a wide variety of entrepreneurial and growing businesses, successfully helping them achieve their commercial, financial and personal objectives.
In teaming up with Croucher Needham, Malcolm adds a further dimension to the existing management and is spearheading the next level of growth and planned expansion for the London office.
With particular experience in the new media, retail, leisure and the property sectors, he has been involved in many acquisitions and corporate finance projects. He has the ability to simplify the complicated and demonstrates a highly pragmatic approach to both commercial and technical issues. Above all, he prides himself on a committed level of client care and constantly strives to exceed expectations.
When not working, Malcolm enjoys spending his spare time with his young family and indulges in the occasional round of golf, although his colleagues will tell you Tiger Woods has nothing to worry about, just yet!
