Beyond accounting services
As you progress and journey through your Business lifecycle (creating value) there may naturally come a time to consider otaining further additional ancillary services (outside of Accounting) which will form part of your planned growth strategy.
When formulating our solutions, we recognised this potential requirement very early on. We therefore decided to spend a large amount of time and effort to form a number of these trusted supplier relationships, so you wouldn't have to!.
Consequently, we have now formed a number of Strategic Alliances with leading providers. The Croucher Needham Team will continue to oversee and coordinate these services. We are therefore proud to offer larger firm solutions to the smaller and medium sized entities.
In 2011, we are also proposing to schedule some jointly held breakfast seminars, combining topical key subjects. Please watch this space for further announcements.
At the centre of this model is our core compliance service offering. We are always delighted to be engaged and retained on such key service lines and are always keen to grow organically by receiving recommendations.
Moving forward though, In order to be truly proactive, we systematically like to engage clients in a discussion on Lifecyle Businesses Vs a Capital Growth approach. Consequently, for those clients that actively want more from their Accountant than just a simple yearly compliance service, we will assist clients by introducing them to our CN Success Model.
For those clients postively choosing that they really want to grow and build value (i.e a Capital model), we typically agree to provide an ongoing FD or non exec service. We will look to attend regular board meetings, the frequency of which will really depend on the type and size of entity. Some clients request monthly, quarterly and some only six monthy. The meetings may become more regular as the business grows.
The key is that having created the vision and objectives with the owners, we will assist by helping to oversee the implementation of various strategic options in order that goals are maintained and achieved. So by participating in these key meetings, it means that we are no longer advising on old historic events (when its generally too late), but insted we can truly identify issues very early on and be proactive.
